Cancellation Policy
Guests are liable to a charge of 40% of their bill in case of cancellation 30 days or more before the reservation. After this time the complete amount is payable. If the room can be re-let in the meantime, however, this amount will be refunded minus a CHF 50.- cancellation charge.
Cancellation Cost Insurance
Subscription to cancellation insurance is compulsary when booking a room at Hotel Helvetia. The insurance will be automatically added at a rate of 5.5% of the cost of the room. Just let us know if you already have your own insurance policy and we will remove this charge.
